London, 7 July 2026 – Air France has officially opened its brand-new lounge at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, further enhancing the travel experience for customers flying through one of the airline's key European hubs.

Designed by Air France in collaboration with MARKS Brandimage, the new 750-square-metre lounge offers a sophisticated and relaxing environment inspired by French elegance and hospitality. Featuring nearly 150 seats, floor-to-ceiling natural light, and views over the airport runways, the lounge reflects Air France's iconic identity through its signature blue, white and red colour palette, complemented by furniture from renowned French designers.

Open daily from 05:00 to 22:00, the lounge welcomes eligible Air France La Première, Business Class (excluding Business Light), Flying Blue Elite Plus, KLM and SkyTeam partner airline customers, providing a comfortable space to unwind before departure or during a connection.

A Taste of French Hospitality
At the heart of the lounge is a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy authentic French cuisine in a warm and welcoming setting. The menu changes throughout the day and includes a selection of hot and cold dishes, sweet and savoury options, as well as vegetarian choices. A dedicated bar, staffed by a bartender, offers an extensive selection of champagne, French wines and premium spirits.
In line with Air France's sustainability ambitions, menus prioritise local and seasonal ingredients, while initiatives such as food waste reduction, recycling programmes and water refill stations help minimise environmental impact.

Exclusive Clarins Wellness Experience
The lounge also features a dedicated Clarins treatment area, continuing Air France's long-standing partnership with the French skincare brand.
From 13 July 2026, eligible guests can enjoy one complimentary personalised treatment, choosing from:

  • Anti Jet-Lag
  • L'Instant Detox
  • Focus Regard

Available Monday to Friday, treatments can be booked directly at the Clarins reception within the lounge. La Première guests benefit from priority booking and access to an exclusive "Destination Relaxation" treatment.

Dedicated Premium Spaces
The lounge includes exclusive areas designed for Air France's most premium customers.

  • La Première travellers can enjoy a private lounge inspired by the airline's award-winning La Première suite, complete with personalised dining service, panoramic runway views and an intimate atmosphere.
  • Flying Blue Ultimate members also benefit from a dedicated quiet area designed to offer additional privacy and comfort.

Designed for Work and Relaxation
Whether travelling for business or leisure, guests can make use of a range of facilities including:

  • Comfortable seating throughout the lounge
